Als Recruitment Consultant pak jij de regie over het complete recruitmentproces van A tot Z. Vanaf de allereerste intake met een praktisch talent tot het moment dat deze mag starten met de opleiding, begeleid je het proces. Je bent een volwaardige partner voor je klanten en denkt strategisch mee over hun bezetting en wervingen. Omdat je het hele proces overziet, weet je precies waar de kansen liggen.

In de praktijk houdt dit in dat je:

  • Het proces van A tot Z runt, sterke relaties opbouwt met je klanten en zorgt dat kandidaten zich écht aan Level.works binden.
  • Je gebruikt kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve inzichten om knelpunten te spotten en onze processen en technologische innovaties direct te verbeteren. Daarnaast schaaf je continu aan je eigen recruitment-skills; we trainen je onder andere in scherpe gesprekstechnieken, zoals competentiegericht interviewen.
  • Op weekniveau plant en rapporteert, waardoor je proactief commerciële kansen in de markt ziet én pakt om je netwerk uit te breiden.

Je groeit door binnen recruitment op basis van je prestaties, niet op vaste beoordelingsmomenten. Zodra je voldoet aan de functie-eisen en de benodigde competenties laat zien, kun je doorgroeien naar de volgende stap.

DIT BEN JIJ.

  • Je hebt minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Commercieel gedreven, maar altijd met een servicegerichte mindset.
  • Je bouwt graag fulltime mee aan het succes van een energiek en groeiend team vanuit ons kantoor schuin tegenover Rotterdam Centraal.
  • Je hebt minimaal een jaar ervaring in recruitment of arbeidsbemiddeling.

WAT WIJ JOU BIEDEN.

  • Een gegarandeerd basissalaris van € 3.000,- met een gemiddeld OTE-salaris van € 3.500,- en een bonuspotentieel tot wel € 5.000,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur)!
  • Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling die kan oplopen tot een half maandsalaris.
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden: bij goed presteren groei je binnen 12 maanden door naar Recruitment Consultant of een commerciële functie, inclusief salarisverhoging.
