The posting

1. 负责座舱视觉感知算法研发与落地，覆盖舱内（乘员状态、手势行为、物品识别）和舱外（周边环境、人员分布）等核心场景； 2. 推进端侧视觉模型的训练与优化，包括目标检测、人体/手部姿态估计、行为识别等； 3. 探索视觉语言模型（VLM）在车舱场景的应用，推进舱内视觉感知的端侧落地，完成 2B～4B 量化模型的工程化部署； 4. 建设视觉感知评测体系，构建测试集与自动化评估流程，驱动模型迭代，保障精确率/召回率等核心指标达标并上车交付。

1. 扎实的计算机视觉基础，熟练掌握 PyTorch，有从数据到模型训练再到端侧部署的完整工程经验； 2. 2-3年视觉算法相关工作经验，熟悉目标检测、图像分类、行为识别等方向，有 YOLO/DETR/ViT 等主流模型实战经验； 3. 有端侧推理优化经验，了解嵌入式或车载平台（Orin/高通骁龙）部署约束者优先； 4. 有视觉语言模型（VLM）微调或多模态推理实践经验者优先； 5. 良好的问题分析能力，能通过 bad case 归因驱动数据补充和模型优化，推动指标持续提升。
