Ihre Aufgaben

Als Buchhalter/in für Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Spesenabrechnung sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Lieferantenrechnungen, Zahlungen und Mitarbeiterausgaben zuverlässig und effizient bearbeitet werden, und unterstützen uns dabei, skalierbare Finanzprozesse aufzubauen.

  • Bearbeitung und Prüfung eingehender Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Kontierung, Kostenstellen- und Projektzuordnung
  • Koordination der Rechnungsfreigabe-Workflows mit dem Einkauf und internen Abteilungen
  • Abgleich von Rechnungen mit Bestellungen und Wareneingängen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
  • Verwaltung von Lieferantenkontenabstimmungen und Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Reisekosten und sonstigen Spesenabrechnungen der Mitarbeitenden
  • Verwaltung von Firmenkreditkartentransaktionen und den dazugehörigen Belegen
  • Pflege der Lieferantenstammdaten gemäß den Anforderungen der internen Kontrolle
  • Unterstützung bei den monatlichen Abschlussarbeiten, einschließlich Abgrenzungen und Kontenabstimmungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Berichterstattung zum Cashflow und zu den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Automatisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Rechnungs- und Zahlungsprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Finanzbuchhaltung oder einer ähnlichen Funktion im Finanzbereich
  • Gutes Verständnis der deutschen Rechnungslegungs- und Umsatzsteuergrundsätze
  • Erfahrung in einem produktions- oder einkaufsintensiven Umfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit DATEV
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Hohe Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
