Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung und arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Produktion, Qualität und Service zusammen
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst eine skalierbare zukunftsorientierte Supply-Chain-Strategie für den Übergang von der Kleinserie zur Serienfertigung und setzt sie schrittweise um
  • Du analysierst unsere bestehenden Lieferketten für unsere Komponenten, z.B. Laserquellen, Optik, Präzisionsmechaniken, Fluidik sowie Steuerungs- und Elektrokomponenten und identifizierst Kosten-, Qualitäts-, Bestands- und Effizienzpotenziale
  • Basierend auf deinen Analysen triffst du gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung und Produktion Make-or-Buy Entscheidungen und bringst Lieferanten früh in den Entwicklungsprozess mit ein
  • Du entwickelst unser strategisches Lieferantenportfolio weiter und etablierst langfristige Partnerschaften.
  • Du analysierst Beschaffungsmärkte, Lieferantenstrukturen und Risiken und leitest daraus konkrete Sourcing-Strategien ab (z.B. der Aufbau von Second Sources)
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung unserer Lieferfähigkeit und Supply-Chain-Resilienz, z.B. durch die Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten und der Durchführung von Audits
  • Du optimierst Bestände, Lieferzeiten und Materialverfügbarkeiten und sicherst so unsere Liefertermine gegenüber den Kunden
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Service baust du die Ersatzteil- Serviceversorung für installiere System bei unseren Kunden mit auf
  • Du definierst relevante KPIs, etablierst transparente Reports und leitest daraus Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab
  • Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Prozesse
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Exportkontrolle, Zoll, RoHS/REACh und Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichten sicher.
  • Du führst bereichsübergreifende Supply-Chain-Projekte durch und bringst die beteiligten Fachbereiche zusammen

Ihr Profil

  • Du verstehst Supply Chain nicht nur als operative Funktion, sondern als strategischen Erfolgsfaktor eines Unternehmens
  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Supply Chain Management, Einkauf, Operations oder einem verwandten Umfeld
  • ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe Lieferketten und deren wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung mit Kleinserien- und Hightech-Fertigung sowie mit komplexen, technisch anspruchsvollen Zukaufteilen.
  • Erfahrung im Lieferanten- und Sourcing-Management
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du kannst Spezifikationen verstehen und somit auf Augenhöhe mit technischen Counterparts arbeiten.
  • eine ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, aus Daten konkrete Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen abzuleiten
  • Hands-on Mentalität: Du baust Strukturen auf, wo noch keine sind, und packst operativ mit an.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft für Lieferantenbesuche im In- und Ausland

Ein zusätzliches Plus wäre:

  • Erfahrung im Halbleiterequipment-Umfeld (SEMI-Standards, Reinraumanforderung)
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Supply-Chain-Strukturen in einem wachsenden Unternehmen oder Scale-up
