Ihre Aufgaben

Als Finance Operations & Grant Manager sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Finanzorganisation skalierbar ist. Sie verbinden Prozessoptimierung, Finanzsysteme und die Verwaltung öffentlicher Fördermittel, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere wachsende Organisation effizient und transparent arbeitet.

  • Verantwortung für Finanzprozesse und identifizieren der Möglichkeiten zur Standardisierung und Automatisierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP- und Finanzsysteme
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Buchhaltung und Controlling für automatisierte Berichte und Dashboards
  • Verbesserung Datenqualität, Stammdatenstrukturen und Schnittstellen zwischen dem Finanzbereich und anderen Abteilungen
  • Dokumentation der Finanzprozesse, Zuständigkeiten und interner Kontrollen
  • Koordination öffentlicher Fördermittel und Förderprojekte aus finanzieller und administrativer Sicht
  • Erstellung der Finanzunterlagen, Kostenaufstellungen und Nachweise, die von den Förderstellen verlangt werden
  • Überwachung der förderfähigen Kosten, Projektbudgets, Fristen und Berichtspflichten
  • Koordination von Fördermittelprüfungen und der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung bei der Beantragung neuer Förderprogramme, sofern erforderlich
  • Unterstützung bei F&E-bezogenen Förder- und Steueranreizprozessen wie der Forschungszulage
  • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Digitalisierung und Vereinfachung sich wiederholender Finanztätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Finanzwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzwesen, Controlling, Finanzsysteme, öffentliche Fördermittel oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Prozessen, Systemen und Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung öffentlicher Fördermittel oder öffentlich geförderter F&E-Projekte ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse und hohe Datenkompetenz
  • Fähigkeit, detaillierte administrative Anforderungen zu erfassen und gleichzeitig den Überblick über den Gesamtprozess zu behalten
  • Strukturierte, proaktive und sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur abteilungsübergreifenden Koordination
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
