Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von Hightech-Maschinen und -Systemen beim Kunden.
  • Dazu gehört sowohl die Aufrechterhaltung des technischen Aufbaus der Maschinen als auch die Sicherstellung, dass die physikalisch-chemischen Prozesse innerhalb der Spezifikationen bleiben.
  • Zu deinen Serviceaufgaben zählen die Reaktion auf Fehlermeldungen, die Ursachenanalyse technischer Probleme sowie deren Behebung.
  • Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit stimmst du alle erforderlichen Installations- und Reparaturarbeiten direkt mit dem Kunden vor Ort ab.
  • Für die Problemlösung arbeitest du eng mit unseren internen Experten- und Entwicklungsteams am Hauptsitz zusammen.
  • Weitere Aufgaben umfassen die Durchführung von Kundenschulungen, die Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze sowie das Verfassen regelmäßiger Berichte.
  • Dein Arbeitsplatz ist an unserem Hauptsitz in Bochum, jedoch wirst du regelmäßig ins Ausland reisen (geschätzt bis zu 50 % der Arbeitszeit).
  • Optionen für längere Auslandseinsätze stehen bevor und können mit den Kandidaten*innen individuell besprochen werden.

Ihr Profil

  • Du möchtest mit deiner Arbeit echten Einfluss nehmen und dabei helfen, etwas Bedeutendes aufzubauen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und löst komplexe Probleme in interdisziplinären Gruppen.
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Innovation und bist offen für neue Ansätze, um bestehende Grenzen zu überwinden.

Außerdem:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Techniker, Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen).
  • Erste Erfahrung im technischen Service oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Affinität zu Hightech-Maschinentechnologie und komplexen technischen Systemen; Erfahrung in der Halbleiterindustrie von Vorteil.
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch und weiteren Sprachen von Vorteil.
  • Wünschenswert: interkulturelle Erfahrung.
