Ihre Aufgaben

Verwaltung der Lagerbewegungen (Zugänge und Abgänge)

  • Durchführung von Wareneingangskontrollen
  • Verräumenund sachgerechtes Einlagern der Ware unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Produkteigenschaften
  • Erfassung und Dokumentation der Warenbewegungen im ERP-System (gerade in Auswahl)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Inventuren und allgemeinen Lagerprozessen

Disposition

  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Lagerbestände zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Warenflusses
  • Bearbeitung von Retouren, Klärfällen und Unterstützung bei der Bedarfsermittlung
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und bedarfsgerechten Materialversorgung durch vorausschauende Disposition von Teilen und Materialien
  • Pflege der relevanten Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Lagerbestände von Rohmaterialien und Zukaufteilen
  • Betreuung und Pflege der Kundenportale

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachlagerist (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lagerbereich
  • 2-3 JahreErfahrung im Bereich Lagerlogistik mit Schwerpunkt Wareneingang oder Disposition
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lagerprozessen und Warenwirtschaft
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Beschaffung im BereichMaschinenbau-Bauteile
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mitsicherer Lastenhandhabung, sowieHebe- und Transportmitteln (z. B. Hubwagen, Kran, Hebehilfen)fürschwere und empfindliche Maschinen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen (ERP Systeme)
  • Logisches Verständnis, Denken mit komplexen Zusammenhängen, gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Selbstständiges und sorgfältiges Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Waren
  • Motivation, Prozesse mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Gabelstapler mitPraxiserfahrung
