Ihre Aufgaben

​​​​​Als Head of Finance (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Finanzbereich und bist der zentrale finanzielle Sparringspartner unseres CEO. Sie sorgen für Transparenz über unsere wirtschaftliche Situation, steuern unsere finanzielle Planung und Liquidität und entwickeln unseren Finance Bereich gemeinsam mit deinem Team weiter. Dabei sind Sie sowohl strategisch als auch operativ unterwegs: Sie führen das Team, entwickeln Strukturen und Prozesse weiter und gehen bei Bedarf selbst tief in die Zahlen.

  • Verantwortung für Budget, Forecast, Finanzplanung und Cashflow, Transparenz über unsere finanzielle Entwicklung
  • Du bereitest relevante Kennzahlen, Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für den CEO und die Geschäftsführung auf und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du verantwortest die Liquiditätsplanung und Finanzierung und führst die Gespräche mit Banken und Finanzierungspartnern.
  • Du führst und entwickelst unser Finance-/Accounting-Team und stellst gemeinsam mit ihm eine zuverlässige Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sicher.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Finance-Prozesse, Strukturen und Systeme weiter und sorgst dafür, dass sie mit unserem Wachstum von aktuell 55 auf perspektivisch 100+ Mitarbeitende mitwachsen.
  • Du bist der finanzielle Sparringspartner des CEO und unterstützt bei Investitionen, Wachstumsentscheidungen und strategischen Fragestellungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance, Controlling oder Accounting
  • Idealerweise 7–12 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, davon mehrere Jahre in einer verantwortlichen Position
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Finanzplanung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Cashflow- und Liquiditätsmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Banken und Finanzierungspartnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow
  • Erfahrung in der Führung eines Finance-/Accounting-Teams
  • Gute Excel- Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-/Accounting-Systemen; DATEV-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
