A missão do time de Cobrança é garantir a recuperação de valores, mantendo a integridade e o bom relacionamento com os clientes. Isso envolve a comunicação clara, empática e profissional, oferecendo soluções de pagamento viáveis e, ao mesmo tempo, minimizando a inadimplência. Além disso, é fundamental que o time siga as normas legais e éticas da cobrança, assegurando que os processos sejam transparentes e justos.

Os desafios que você vai encontrar:

  • Acompanhar a performance das assessorias de cobrança, analisando resultados, indicadores operacionais e financeiros;
  • Prestar suporte operacional consultivo às assessorias, garantindo a acurácia das informações e o detalhamento de dívidas;
  • Monitorar os funis de cobrança, identificando oportunidades de melhoria nas etapas de acionamento, localização, contato, negociação e conversão em pagamento.
  • Analisar o desempenho das carteiras por faixa de atraso, produto e parceiro, identificando desvios e propondo planos de ação.
  • Analisar e deliberar sobre aprovação de exceções operacionais, equilibrando agilidade e governança;
  • Atuar próximo às assessorias, acompanhando a execução das estratégias e cobrando evolução dos resultados.
  • Desenvolver análises e relatórios gerenciais para apoiar a tomada de decisão.
  • Participar de reuniões de performance, comitês de resultados e discussões estratégicas com parceiros internos e externos.
  • Contribuir para a construção e acompanhamento de campanhas e ações voltadas à recuperação de crédito.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, canais de acionamento e estratégias de negociação.
  • Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Estratégia, Dados, Qualidade e demais áreas envolvidas na jornada de cobrança.
  • Executar a cobrança administrativa de cauções em processos jurídicos, mantendo um relacionamento saudável e resolutivo com as imobiliárias;
  • Otimizar fluxos internos de pagamento e comunicação para elevar a eficiência da célula de Backoffice.

O que você precisa para virar a chave?

  • Experiência em operações de cobrança, preferencialmente com gestão de performance de assessorias terceirizadas (BPO) e/ou vivência prévia em operações de cobrança (administrativa/amigável);
  • Conhecimento de indicadores de cobrança, funis operacionais e estratégias de recuperação de crédito;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel/Google Sheets para manipulação de dados;
  • Capacidade analítica para transformar dados em diagnósticos e planos de ação;
  • Comunicação interpessoal impecável e excelente oratória para negociações e alinhamentos com stakeholders;
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
