Como o motor que tangibiliza a solução financeira da Loft no mundo real, Field Sales constrói a ponte entre nossos produtos digitais e a rotina diária de corretores e gestores comerciais, promovendo agilidade operacional e destravando crescimento.

Os desafios que você vai encontrar:

  • Construir e executar planos de crescimento (account plans) para contas estratégicas, com foco na expansão contínua de VGV.
  • Estabelecer relacionamento C-Level (proprietários e diretores) de alta confiança nas maiores imobiliárias.
  • Capacitar equipes e corretores parceiros para usarem o Home Finance da Loft como alavanca de vendas e fechamento.
  • Monitorar ativamente o funil de crédito (simulação até registro), desobstruindo gargalos junto a Operações, Risco e Produto para acelerar o TAT.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de penetração e conversão para aplicar correções de rota baseadas em dados.
  • Agir como "Voz do Parceiro" retroalimentando produto e crédito com dados reais.

O que você precisa para virar a chave?

  • Experiência prévia na gestão de Key Accounts, focada em tração de receita ou volume transacionado.
  • Histórico de vendas B2B (ciclo médio/longo) e articulações complexas envolvendo C-Level e Diretores.
  • Domínio prático de CRM, previsão de pipeline (forecasting) e processos de funil comercial.
  • Capacidade comprovada para gerir métricas (ROI, TAT, Conversão) de forma analítica e formular planos de ação.
  • Habilidade de liderança indireta e influência sem autoridade, mobilizando times parceiros e estruturas de backoffice.
