Como Key Account Manager, sua missão será desenvolver e fortalecer uma carteira estratégica de parceiros, identificando oportunidades de crescimento, construindo relacionamentos de longo prazo e transformando oportunidades comerciais em resultados.

Buscamos alguém com autonomia, visão de negócio e capacidade de atuar de forma consultiva, combinando relacionamento próximo, análise de indicadores e execução comercial.

Os desafios que você vai encontrar:

  • Gerenciar e desenvolver uma carteira de imobiliárias parceiras, garantindo proximidade, engajamento e crescimento sustentável.
  • Construir relacionamentos estratégicos com diferentes perfis de parceiros e tomadores de decisão.
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão, cross-sell e aumento da penetração das soluções Loft.
  • Realizar visitas presenciais, reuniões comerciais e negociações consultivas.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, conversão, engajamento e fidelização da carteira.
  • Desenvolver planos de ação para melhorar os resultados dos parceiros.
  • Participar de eventos e iniciativas comerciais, fortalecendo a presença da Loft no mercado.
  • Compartilhar insights de mercado e oportunidades de melhoria com os times internos.

O que você precisa para virar a chave?

  • Experiência em vendas externas, gestão de contas, Key Account Management ou vendas consultivas.
  • Capacidade de construir relacionamentos comerciais sólidos e conduzir negociações estratégicas.
  • Perfil analítico, com facilidade para interpretar indicadores e transformá-los em ações.
  • Organização, autonomia e capacidade de gerenciar uma rotina comercial dinâmica.
  • Comunicação clara, postura consultiva e orientação para resultados.
  • Facilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas.
  • CNH ativa, veículo próprio e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes. Será um diferencial: Experiência no mercado imobiliário. Vivência com gestão e desenvolvimento de carteiras B2B. Experiência com estratégias de expansão de contas e cross-sell.
