Como Hunter, você será responsável por expandir a presença da Loft no mercado imobiliário, conectando grandes imobiliárias a um ecossistema que está transformando a forma como o setor opera na América Latina e construindo parcerias estratégicas que geram crescimento real para os clientes e para o negócio.

Os desafios que você vai encontrar:

  • Liderar a expansão da Loft, atuando com foco em aquisição de novas imobiliárias estratégicas
  • Atuar em oportunidades estratégicas e construir planos de abordagem e condução comercial personalizados
  • Atuar de forma consultiva com sócios e decisores, conduzindo negociações de alto nível
  • Acompanhar e desenvolver negócios, fortalecendo relacionamento e acelerando ciclos de venda
  • Gerenciar seu pipeline com autonomia e previsibilidade
  • Atuar em parceria com BDRs, LDRs, Closers e liderança comercial para maximizar geração e conversão de oportunidades
  • Representar a Loft em eventos e no mercado local

O que você precisa para virar a chave? • Experiência prévia com vendas B2B e aquisição de novos clientes • Histórico consistente de fechamento de negócios • Capacidade de navegar em negociações com decisores e gestão de contas de alto impacto • Perfil hands-on, resiliente e orientado a resultado • Autonomia e disciplina comercial • Disponibilidade para eventual atuação externa, (viagens para reuniões comerciais e/ou eventos) • Diferencial: experiência com mercado imobiliário
