Nosso time de Field Sales tem um papel fundamental na construção e no desenvolvimento de parcerias com imobiliárias de diferentes regiões, conectando nossos parceiros às soluções que impulsionam seus negócios.

Como Executivo(a) de Contas, sua missão será desenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento com imobiliárias parceiras, ampliando nossa presença regional, identificando oportunidades comerciais e garantindo uma atuação próxima, consultiva e orientada para resultados.

Buscamos alguém com energia comercial, autonomia e disposição para estar em campo, construindo relacionamentos e transformando oportunidades em negócios.

Os desafios que você vai encontrar:

  • Realizar visitas presenciais aos parceiros da sua carteira.
  • Percorrer sua região seguindo a estratégia de cobertura definida pela área de Planejamento.
  • Viajar com frequência para garantir proximidade com os parceiros e ampliar a presença da Loft no território.
  • Participar de eventos, feiras e iniciativas locais para fortalecer nosso relacionamento com o mercado.
  • Desenvolver a performance da sua carteira, aumentando conversão, engajamento e fidelização dos parceiros.
  • Executar a estratégia comercial da região por meio das rotas definidas pela área de Planejamento.
  • Atuar de forma consultiva, compreendendo o contexto de cada parceiro e propondo soluções que aumentem sua performance.
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão por meio de cross-sell e maior adoção das soluções Loft.
  • Conduzir negociações e tratar objeções de forma estruturada, construindo relações de longo prazo.
  • Compartilhar aprendizados e insights de mercado para apoiar a evolução da estratégia comercial.

  • Construir relações de confiança com diferentes perfis de parceiros.
  • Resolver problemas de forma consultiva e estruturada.
  • Adaptar sua abordagem às necessidades de cada cliente.
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas.
  • Buscar melhoria contínua na forma como executa seu trabalho. Você terá maior aderência à posição se você: Tem disponibilidade para viagens Tem experiência em vendas externas (Field Sales), gestão de contas ou vendas consultivas. Desenvolve uma carteira de clientes com foco em crescimento e relacionamento de longo prazo. Utiliza CRM e indicadores para organizar prioridades e acompanhar resultados. Utiliza dados para identificar oportunidades e orientar decisões. Experiência no mercado imobiliário será considerada um diferencial, mas valorizamos especialmente profissionais que tenham desenvolvido negócios em mercados consultivos, plataformas digitais, SaaS ou ecossistemas B2B orientados por crescimento.
