Como o time de FP&A constrói a Loft

O time de FP&A conecta as rotinas operacionais à visão de longo prazo da Loft, apoiando as decisões das nossas Unidades de Negócio. Atuamos como Business Partners para garantir que cada BU tenha o suporte analítico e financeiro necessário para crescer de forma sustentável e previsível.

Como Analista de Planejamento Financeiro, você será a principal ponte entre FP&A e a liderança de uma das nossas BUs. Terá autonomia para propor ideias, estruturar análises complexas e garantir a excelência das rotinas financeiras, trabalhando lado a lado com o negócio para apoiar as melhores decisões.

Os desafios que você vai encontrar:

  • Atuar como Business Partner de uma BU, sendo a principal referência financeira para a liderança da área.
  • Conduzir o planejamento financeiro, o acompanhamento do orçamento (Budget e Forecast) e o controle de despesas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de otimização e propor melhorias com autonomia e iniciativa.
  • Garantir a qualidade e a consistência das rotinas de FP&A, conciliando as entregas recorrentes com novas demandas.
  • Construir análises aprofundadas e painéis de indicadores que apoiem a tomada de decisão executiva.
  • Fortalecer a parceria com as lideranças, conectando as necessidades do negócio ao planejamento financeiro.

O que você precisa para virar a chave?

  • Experiência sólida em FP&A, Planejamento Estratégico ou áreas correlatas.
  • Capacidade de atuar como Business Partner, com boa comunicação e habilidade para influenciar stakeholders, especialmente lideranças.
  • Domínio técnico de modelagem financeira, análise de DRE e indicadores de performance.
  • Perfil mão na massa e propositivo, com autonomia para identificar problemas, desenhar soluções e conduzir sua implementação.
  • Organização e resiliência para equilibrar iniciativas estratégicas com as demandas operacionais do dia a dia.
