Os desafios que você vai encontrar:

  • Atuar em campo com imobiliárias parceiras Key Account (Large), fortalecendo relacionamentos estratégicos e garantindo entrega de valor;
  • Ser responsável pela performance da carteira, com foco em conversão, engajamento e fidelização;
  • Traduzir a estratégia comercial em planos de ação locais, adaptados às dinâmicas e oportunidades de cada região;
  • Mapear potencial de crescimento e propor soluções de cross-sell para maximizar resultados;
  • Posicionar-se como consultor(a) estratégico(a), compreendendo profundamente o modelo de negócios e os desafios dos parceiros;
  • Garantir a adoção plena das soluções Loft, atuando como facilitador(a) interno(a) para resolver demandas e customizar ofertas;
  • Colaborar com áreas internas — como Marketing, Produto e Operações — para garantir fluidez e eficiência na jornada do parceiro.

O que você precisa para virar a chave?

  • Experiência sólida em gestão de contas estratégicas ou vendas consultivas;
  • Perfil analítico e estratégico, com visão de negócio e foco em impacto;
  • Habilidade para construir relacionamentos de longo prazo e negociar em alto nível;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e viagens frequentes;
  • Conhecimento do mercado imobiliário.
