En Logicalis Spain estamos buscando un/a Automation Architet para hacer crecer nuestro equipo de Madrid.

Buscamos un Automation Architect para liderar la estrategia, diseño y evolución de las plataformas de automatización en nuestros clientes. Será el referente técnico responsable de definir la arquitectura de referencia, los estándares de desarrollo y las buenas prácticas de automatización, garantizando soluciones seguras, escalables, observables y alineadas con las necesidades del negocio. La posición tendrá un papel clave en la definición de arquitecturas híbridas y Cloud, impulsando la adopción de Infraestructura como Código (IaC), CI/CD, automatización de operaciones y modelos de autoservicio para equipos de tecnología y clientes internos. Será responsable de establecer los estándares técnicos, liderar iniciativas transversales de automatización y acompañar a los equipos de DevOps y Platform Engineering en la implantación de soluciones robustas y mantenibles.

Responsabilidades: Arquitectura de Automatización

• Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas de automatización para entornos híbridos y Cloud.

• Definir blueprints, patrones de referencia y modelos reutilizables para servicios, plataformas y clientes.

• Diseñar soluciones basadas en Ansible Automation Platform (AAP/AWX), GitHub, Azure DevOps… Gobierno y Plataforma CI/CD

• Definir estándares corporativos de CI/CD y automatización.

• Diseñar estrategias de branching, versionado, promotion pipelines y gestión de releases.

• Implantar mecanismos de control de cambios, aprobaciones y cumplimiento normativo.

• Garantizar la seguridad de la cadena de suministro software (Supply Chain Security). Infraestructura como Código y Reutilización

• Definir y mantener catálogos reutilizables de módulos Terraform.

• Estandarizar roles, colecciones y frameworks de automatización basados en Ansible.

• Establecer prácticas de documentación, testing y versionado para facilitar la adopción por parte de los equipos. Liderazgo Técnico y Enablement

Actuar como referente técnico para equipos de DevOps, Automatización e Infraestructura.

• Realizar revisiones de arquitectura, diseño y código.

• Liderar iniciativas de adopción de nuevas tecnologías, metodologías y estándares. Operación Avanzada

• Participar en la resolución de incidencias críticas relacionadas con plataformas de automatización. • Identificar oportunidades de optimización, simplificación y reducción de deuda técnica.

• Colaborar con áreas de infraestructura, desarrollo, seguridad y operaciones. Requisitos indispensables Experiencia

• Experiencia demostrable en automatización, DevOps, Platform Engineering y/o arquitectura de infraestructuras.

• Experiencia en el diseño e implantación de arquitecturas de automatización en entornos empresariales híbridos y Cloud.

• Experiencia liderando iniciativas transversales, definiendo estándares técnicos y acompañando equipos en la adopción de buenas prácticas de automatización.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Python avanzado para automatización, desarrollo de herramientas y creación de integraciones.

• Ansible y Ansible Automation Platform (AAP/AWX): ○ Roles y colecciones. ○ Inventarios dinámicos. ○ RBAC. ○ Workflow Templates. ○ Job Templates.

• Terraform: ○ Diseño de módulos reutilizables. ○ Workspaces. ○ State management. ○ Políticas y gobierno.

• Azure DevOps, GithUb: ○ Repositorios Git. ○ Pipelines YAML multi-stage. ○ Environments. ○ Approvals & Checks. ○ Artefactos y despliegues.

• Bash y PowerShell.

• Git, GitFlow y estrategias de versionado.

• Diseño y consumo de APIs REST.

• Infraestructura como Código (IaC).

• Metodologías DevOps y CI/CD.

• Capacidad para generar documentación técnica, runbooks y documentación de arquitectura. Competencias

• Visión estratégica y orientación a la mejora continua.

• Liderazgo técnico y capacidad de influencia.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

• Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples equipos y stakeholders.

• Autonomía y capacidad para liderar iniciativas complejas.

• Inglés profesional B2 alto / C1 Skills deseables

• Experiencia en plataformas AIOps y observabilidad.

• Conocimientos o certificaciones en MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Kubernetes y/o OpenShift.

• GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux o similares).

• Contenedores y plataformas Cloud Native.

• Administración avanzada Linux y Windows.

• Redes: ○ Routing. ○ Firewalls. ○ DNS. ○ VLANs. ○ Balanceadores.

• Integración con plataformas ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).

• Seguridad aplicada a automatización y DevSecOps. Experiencia en entornos multicloud (Azure, AWS y/o GCP).
