The posting

En Logicalis Spain estamos buscando un/a DevOps Architect para hacer crecer nuestro equipo de Madrid.

Buscamos un DevOps Architect para liderar el diseño, implantación y evolución de plataformas Cloud Native y ecosistemas DevOps de nueva generación.

Será responsable de definir arquitecturas de referencia para plataformas Kubernetes multicloud, establecer estándares de CI/CD y GitOps, y garantizar que las soluciones sean escalables, resilientes, seguras y orientadas a la automatización.

La posición tendrá un papel clave en la definición de plataformas de contenedores, estrategias de despliegue, gobierno DevOps y aceleradores tecnológicos, trabajando estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura, seguridad y operaciones.

Responsabilidades:

Arquitectura Cloud Native y Kubernetes

• Diseñar arquitecturas de referencia para plataformas Kubernetes empresariales en entornos multicloud.

• Liderar el despliegue y evolución de plataformas basadas en AKS, EKS, ECS, ACS, OpenShift y Kubernetes gestionado.

• Definir estándares de disponibilidad, escalabilidad, resiliencia y recuperación ante desastres.

• Diseñar plataformas multi-tenant, networking, observabilidad y estrategias de seguridad para entornos Cloud Native.

• Definir patrones de referencia para onboarding de aplicaciones y equipos sobre plataformas Kubernetes. Diseño de Plataformas DevOps

• Diseñar y gobernar ecosistemas DevOps corporativos.

• Definir arquitecturas CI/CD para múltiples entornos y líneas de producto.

• Estandarizar procesos de integración continua, testing, promoción y despliegue.

• Definir estrategias de versionado, gestión de releases y control de cambios. GitOps y Automatización de Despliegues

• Diseñar e implantar arquitecturas GitOps para despliegues automatizados.

• Definir estándares para ArgoCD, FluxCD y herramientas de Continuous Delivery.

• Diseñar repositorios de configuración, estrategias de promoción entre entornos y gestión declarativa de infraestructura.

• Gobernar el uso de Helm Charts y paquetes reutilizables para Kubernetes. Observabilidad, Seguridad y Fiabilidad

• Diseñar arquitecturas de observabilidad, logging y monitorización.

• Definir controles de seguridad para contenedores, imágenes, registros y cadena de suministro software.

• Establecer estándares de rendimiento, capacidad y fiabilidad de plataforma. Requisitos indispensables Experiencia

• Experiencia demostrable diseñando e implantando plataformas Kubernetes empresariales.

• Experiencia definiendo arquitecturas DevOps, GitOps y Cloud Native.

• Experiencia liderando proyectos de transformación tecnológica en entornos complejos.

• Experiencia definiendo estándares técnicos y buenas prácticas para múltiples equipos. Conocimientos técnicos Contenedores y Kubernetes
