En Logicalis Spain estamos en búsqueda de un/a Senior AI Engineer para incorporarse a un servicio de Inteligencia Artificial en una importante compañía del sector telecomunicaciones. Participará en el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de soluciones avanzadas basadas en LLMs, modelos multimodales y sistemas multiagente, trabajando en entornos cloud y arquitecturas modernas basadas en contenedores. con experiencia en diseño e implementación de sistemas agénticos basados en LLMs, desplegados en producción sobre AWS.

El equipo de Data & AI de Logicalis trabaja con clientes nacionales e internacionales, llevando a cabo importantes proyectos de ingeniería de datos, inteligencia artificial y analítica avanzada, estrategia del dato, gobierno, integración y arquitectura, abarcando todo el ciclo de vida del dato.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de IA generativa basadas en LLMs y modelos multimodales (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama o equivalentes).
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y evolucionar agentes de IA y sistemas multiagente para la automatización de procesos empresariales y casos de uso complejos.
  • Implementar arquitecturas RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) y mecanismos de búsqueda semántica sobre bases de conocimiento corporativas.
  • Realizar actividades de evaluación y optimización de modelos, incluyendo prompt engineering, ajuste de modelos y definición de estrategias de validación.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar APIs y servicios para exponer capacidades de IA de forma segura y escalable.
  • Desplegar aplicaciones y modelos mediante contenedores Docker y plataformas de orquestación basadas en Kubernetes.
  • Diseñar e implementar pipelines CI/CD para automatizar procesos de construcción, despliegue y operación de soluciones de IA.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiencia demostrable como AI Engineer, GenAI Engineer o ML Engineer en proyectos de inteligencia artificial generativa.
  • Dominio avanzado de Python y experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones de IA en entornos productivos.
  • Experiencia práctica en diseño y desarrollo de agentes de IA y arquitecturas multiagente.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluación de modelos y técnicas RAG.
  • Experiencia con modelos de OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama o tecnologías equivalentes.
  • Experiencia en Docker y Kubernetes para empaquetado, despliegue y operación de aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia en implementación de pipelines CI/CD y automatización de despliegues.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de APIs mediante frameworks modernos (FastAPI, Flask o similares).
  • Conocimiento de entornos cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP).
