Femme de chambre / Valet de chambre (H/F/D) – CDI

Au sein de l’équipe Housekeeping, vous contribuez directement à l’expérience client en garantissant des chambres et des espaces communs irréprochables, dans le respect des standards d’un établissement haut de gamme.

Vos missions principales

Entretien & propreté

  • Assurer le nettoyage et la remise en état quotidienne des chambres, suites et sanitaires
  • Changer le linge, réapprovisionner les produits d’accueil et le minibar selon les procédures
  • Veiller à la parfaite présentation des chambres avant l’arrivée des clients

Qualité & standards

  • Respecter scrupuleusement les procédures internes et les standards de qualité LOISIUM
  • Signaler toute anomalie technique ou détérioration au service concerné
  • Garantir une hygiène irréprochable dans le respect des normes en vigueur

Organisation & autonomie

  • Gérer efficacement son planning et son chariot de travail
  • Utiliser et entretenir le matériel mis à disposition
  • Travailler avec méthode, discrétion et efficacité

Travail d’équipe

  • Collaborer étroitement avec la gouvernante et l’ensemble des équipes opérationnelles
  • Participer à la bonne coordination entre les services pour assurer la satisfaction client

Profil recherché

Expérience & formation

  • Une première expérience en tant que femme de chambre ou agent d’entretien en hôtellerie est appréciée
  • Une expérience en hôtellerie haut de gamme ou 4/5⭐️ est un plus

Qualités humaines

  • Sens du détail et du travail bien fait
  • Discrétion, courtoisie et présentation soignée
  • Rigueur, organisation et autonomie
  • Bonne résistance physique et respect des cadences

  • Ponctualité, fiabilité et esprit d’équipe
