加分项； 有证银行、支付、保险等金融行业经验；有多市场、多法人、多租户账户体系经验； 有企业账户、联名/家族/子账户等复杂账户模型经验； 有 KYC、开户、合规审核相关系统经验； 有核心账户系统不停机迁移、双写/灰度/数据核对等实践。 5 年及以上后端开发经验，Java/Go 至少精通一种；有账户中心、银行账户、支付账户、客户中心或金融核心系统相关经验； 对账户领域建模有较强理解，能够处理复杂账户关系、状态及生命周期； 熟悉分布式事务、一致性、幂等、状态机、事件驱动、数据迁移等核心技术； 有中大型核心系统架构设计或重构经验，能够推动复杂业务的平台化和标准化。 负责统一账户系统的架构设计、建设与持续演进，支撑不同国家/地区、业务主体及金融产品快速接入。 负责客户与账户领域模型建设，梳理 Customer / Account 等核心实体边界及关系，推动账户能力平台化。 负责复杂账户体系建设，包括个人账户、企业账户、多主体账户、子账户/家族账户、联名账户以及账户之间的关联关系。 负责账户生命周期管理，包括开户、激活、状态变更、资料修改、关闭以及账户权限变化等核心流程。 负责多角色、多权限模型建设，支持不同账户主体、操作角色和业务场景下的精细化权限控制。 负责多市场、多租户场景下账户模型和业务能力的抽象，降低新增市场、主体及账户类型的接入成本。 负责账户核心数据的一致性、幂等、并发控制、数据迁移、灰度切换及历史数据治理，保障金融账户数据准确可靠。 推动账户系统服务边界、领域模型、接口规范、事件模型、缓存及存储等技术治理。
