Responsibilities / 職務内容

  • 1. 証券管理業務をご担当いただきます。 定型オペレーションに加えて、証券業務の実務理解をベースに、サービス導入や業務改善・業務構築まで幅広く携わっていただきます。

定型業務の例： ■口座開設や顧客情報の登録・変更業務 ■有価証券および顧客管理業務全般 ■帳票の作成・保管等。お客さまからお預かりしている有価証券等の残高証明書発行や取引履歴の調査等 ■注文～約定～決済～残高管理等（証券業務フローに関する運用・管理） ■有価証券の決済およびコーポレートアクション等に伴う事務対応 ■AML/KYCに係るモニタリング・スクリーニング業務 ■インシデント対応（検知・報告・調査等） ■システム変更時などにおけるUATや業務運用面でのプロジェクト対応

  • 2. ビジネス各チームと密に連携し、新サービス導入においてオペレーション業務としての必要事項を整理・提供にチームとして取り組んでいただきます。

Job Requirements / 応募資格

  • 証券会社におけるバックオフィス実務経験５年以上、および、個人向け証券会社での広範囲な業務の経験を有する方。 (例) 注文～約定～決済～残高管理などのフロー理解 / 制度変更やコーポレートアクションに伴う事務対応 / 証券管理や口座管理イレギュラー対応。業務改善、新サービス導入プロジェクトの経験をお持ちの方は尚可。
  • 取引説明書・業務手順書などの作成経験のある方。
  • 証券外務員第1種をお持ちの方。
  • 学士号以上。
  • Officeツール利用、システム操作等の基本的なITリテラシーをお持ちの方。システムの開発や要件定義に関する基本的な知識があれば尚可。
  • 英語もしくは中国語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可。
  • 7証券会社またはフィンテック業界での経験があれば尚可。
