The posting

Job description

Longbridge Securities was founded in March 2019 and is headquartered in Singapore. The company holds 22 financial licenses and qualifications across the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore and other regions, having secured over USD150 million in strategic investments from major financial and investment institutions. Its subsidiary, Longbridge Securities (Hong Kong) Limited (CE No.: BPX066), holds Type 1, 2, 4, and 9 licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

Job responsibilities

  • Design core indicator systems and dashboards for product lines (revenue, gross profit, unit contribution, risk cost rate, fee rate, activity & retention, etc.), and establish a monthly/quarterly product line business review mechanism
  • Form a closed loop of “insight → strategy → action → tracking” from the product dimension: deliver operational insights at the product level, participate in strategy discussions, drive execution, and track results.
  • Align product line business objectives and measurement metrics with BU and product teams, and standardize analysis templates
  • Responsible for the design and maintenance of key models for each major product line, covering revenue, cost, risk, etc. (e.g., transaction fee and rebate structure, interest spread and funding cost, management fee/share of profit). Quantify the impact of different product structures and strategies on product line profitability
  • Lead pricing evaluations for major products/packages/promotions. Complete financial projections and sensitivity analysis from a P&L perspective, providing executable pricing proposals and red-line recommendations
  • Partner with BU FP&A to break down annual budgets and rolling forecasts at the product line level, defining key business assumptions for revenue, gross profit, risk cost, and other operational metrics across product directions
  • Track actual product line performance against budget/forecast variances, analyze key drivers from a product perspective, and work with product teams to formulate adjustment plans (e.g., strategy optimization, resource reallocation)
  • Collaborate with Product/Risk/Credit/Ops/Platform and Entity Finance/Controller to map out the end-to-end process of product pricing, revenue recognition, cost allocation, and P&L attribution, ensuring “clear metrics and bookable accounting”
  • Participate in and drive the development of standard mechanisms related to products, including: product/pricing review mechanisms, financial evaluation processes for new products/feature launches, data metrics and reconciliation/settlement requirements for products, to ensure “calculable and consistent”
  • Align metrics with other BP teams to ensure that revenue/cost breakdowns from a product line perspective can be cross-reconciled with growth and regional dimensions as needed
  • Lead the Product BP team in work allocation and priority management, systematizing reusable product financial analysis methodologies, templates, and tools to improve team delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members, supporting their continuous growth in product understanding, modeling capabilities, and business communication
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A/Finance BP/Business Analysis, with experience leading a team or owning key projects
  • Ability to independently build product-level business models and drive business decisions (product line P&L, gross profit/unit economics, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
  • Good understanding of securities or wealth management products
  • Familiar with cross-functional collaboration, capable of driving complex issues (terms/pricing/settlement/metrics) to actionable, reconcilable, and accountable solutions
  • Experience in securities / internet brokerage / cross-border securities (HK/US stocks, etc.)
  • Experience in product pricing, fee rate strategy design and evaluation
  • Basic understanding from regulatory/compliance/capital charge perspectives, and ability to collaborate with relevant teams
  • Experience in “building systems from 0 to 1" (metrics, processes, approval mechanisms, P&L/pricing models, etc.)
  • Interest in investment and securities business, with willingness to deeply understand product logic and trading scenarios
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Sheets, able to build basic models and dashboards; SQL/BI skills a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, quick business understanding and proven resilience and execution ability
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
