1. 负责基于AI算法+大模型（LLM）的 应用研究与开发，支持 文本、语音、图像等多模态输入输出，打造真正可用的 AI 解决方案。 2. 负责AI相关的预测算法、决策算法、调度算法等相关应用，并基于大模型进行充分融合的算法落地。 3. 具备 快速集成能力，能够站在巨人肩膀上，利用开源工具 & API 迅速构建 AI 应用，而不是从零造轮子。 4. 参与 AI 模型微调+训练，让大模型更贴合业务需求，并优化推理速度和成本。

任职资格： 我们正在寻找一位 对AI、对算法充满热爱、对落地充满执念 的算法工程师。你不需要是“完美的答卷人”，但你必须是那个 愿意不断挑战、不断打磨、对结果上瘾的人。 211大学硕士及以上学历，具有独立AI算法开发落地经验者优先，具有储能、电力系统行业从业经验者优先。 ✅ 技术能力 1. 精通 Python，并能高效解决 Java 与 Python 之间的工程化集成问题。 2. 熟练使用 LangChain、LlamaIndex、Hugging Face，具备 RAG / 微调 / 多模态 相关经验。 3. 熟悉向量数据库（如 FAISS、Weaviate、Pinecone、ChromaDB），能优化大模型的知识检索能力。 4. 具备 API 设计能力，能高效调用 OpenAI、Claude、DeepSeek 等大模型 API，并优化调用效率。 ✅ 思维方式 1. 产品驱动思维，不是单纯的开发，而是能思考 AI 应用的实际落地场景和用户价值。 2. 创新能力强，善于另辟蹊径，能够跳出传统思维框架，探索 AI 赋能的新模式。 3. 自驱力强，学习速度快，能够快速掌握新技术，并应用到实际项目中。

硬性要求：1. 必须硕士及以上。2. 必须有过电力系统、储能、新能源等相关行业经验。 软性要求：1. 最好直接做过调度策略、EMS、检测分析。2. 算法最好是预测类算法、运筹类、数据分析类，不要视频和图像类。 新增理由：AI算法团队急缺，公司整体核心AI作为重点方向。
