Als Personalreferent (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Rolle in unserem Personalbereich. Sie begleiten unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und sind Ansprechpartner für personalwirtschaftliche, arbeitsrechtliche und organisatorische Themen.

Dabei verbinden Sie die operative Personalarbeit mit der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse und arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung, Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden sowie externen Partnern und Behörden zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von arbeitsvertraglichen Dokumenten
  • Begleitung personalwirtschaftlicher und arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Eigenständige Steuerung und Koordination der Recruiting-Prozesse einschließlich Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerberauswahl und -kommunikation
  • Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung und Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Lohnabrechnung
  • Organisation und Betreuung der Kurzarbeit einschließlich Kommunikation mit der Bundesagentur für Arbeit
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen HR-Prozesse, insbesondere Personio
  • Unterstützung bei Themen rund um Arbeitszeit, Urlaub, Arbeitsschutz und HR-Compliance
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Behörden
  • Mitwirkung im Arbeitssicherheitsausschuss und Begleitung relevanter Themen der Arbeitssicherheit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-Software Personio
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und eine ausgeprägte Team- und Lösungsorientierung
