Sie übernehmen die operative Steuerung einer gewachsenen Produktion und sorgen dafür, dass unsere hochwertigen Kleiderbügel „Made in Germany“ effizient, termintreu und mit konstant hoher Qualität gefertigt werden. Dabei verbinden Sie Planung mit Praxisnähe: Sie koordinieren Abläufe, behalten Kapazitäten im Blick und treffen im Tagesgeschäft fundierte Entscheidungen – in enger Abstimmung mit der Fertigung und den angrenzenden Bereichen. Es geht nicht um Theorie, sondern um verlässliche Umsetzung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Produktionsplanung unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und Personaleinsatz
  • Laufende Anpassung der Planung bei veränderten Rahmenbedingungen
  • Priorisierung von Aufträgen und Sicherstellung der Termintreue
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Produktion, Einkauf, Lager und Vertrieb
  • Aktive Präsenz im Werk zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten und Stammdaten im ERP-System

Sie arbeiten eng mit der Leitung der Arbeitsvorbereitung zusammen – sind jedoch in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich operativ selbstständig handlungsfähig.

Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung oder Arbeitsvorbereitun
  • Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Prioritäten klar zu setzen
  • Durchsetzungsstärke und verbindliche Kommunikation
  • ERP-Erfahrung (idealerweise Navision) sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Praxisnähe und Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe
