Sie unterstützen unser Team bei der Verpackung unserer hochwertigen Kleiderbügel „Made in Germany“ und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft. Neben Ihrer Tätigkeit in der Verpackung übernehmen Sie verantwortungsvolle organisatorische Aufgaben und unterstützen die Bereichsleitung (m/w/d). Sie vertreten diese in deren Abwesenheit und stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Bereich sicher. Freuen Sie sich auf eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, in der Sie Ihre Erfahrung einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und unsere Abläufe aktiv mitgestalten können.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verpacken und Umverpacken unserer Produkte
  • Etikettieren der Ware
  • Bedienung, Einrichtung und Überwachung unserer Verpackungs- und Montagemaschinen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb des Verpackungsbereichs
  • Unterstützung sowie Vertretung der Bereichsleitung bei organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben
  • Zuarbeit bei der Mitarbeitereinteilung und Koordination des Teams
  • Einarbeitung und Unterstützung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Verpackung, Produktion oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Idealerweise eine technische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen, idealerweise auch mit Sondermaschinen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von Mitarbeitern
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Arbeitsabläufe zu koordinieren
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Freude daran, sich in neue Software einzuarbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens Niveau C1
