Deine Aufgaben

  • Du beobachtest regelmäßig relevante Subreddits und Community-Diskussionen für unsere Kunden, um Trends, Stimmungen und neue Insights frühzeitig zu erkennen.
  • Du verstehst Memes, Abkürzungen und Insider-Witze auf Reddit und ordnest sie im jeweiligen Community-Kontext richtig ein.
  • Du analysierst, wie Nutzer auf der Plattform kommunizieren – zum Beispiel in Bezug auf Tonalität, Humor, Formate und typische Kommentarstrukturen.
  • Du identifizierst relevante Themen, Diskussionen und Chancen, die für unsere Kunden strategisch interessant sind.
  • Du entwickelst authentische Kommunikationsansätze für Reddit und setzt diese gemeinsam mit dem Team um.
  • Du dokumentierst wichtige Beobachtungen aus der Community und teilst deine Erkenntnisse strukturiert mit dem Team.

Dein Profil

  • Du nutzt Reddit selbst sehr aktiv und hast ein gutes Gespür für die Kultur und Dynamiken der Plattform.
  • Du verstehst Memes, Abkürzungen, Running Gags und die unausgesprochenen Regeln verschiedener Communities.
  • Du erkennst unterschiedliche Kommunikationsstile und Trends und kannst sie verständlich einordnen und erklären.
  • Du interessierst dich für Online-Communities, Internetkultur und digitale Diskurse.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und zuverlässig.
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
