Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest eigenständig das End-to-End-Recruiting für unsere offenen Positionen und stellst eine herausragende Candidate Experience sicher.
  • Um die besten Talente zu finden und von Mawave zu überzeugen, setzt du gezieltes Active Sourcing ein und baust so langfristig starke Talent–Pipelines & -Pools für unsere Rollen auf.
  • Nach erfolgreicher Unterschrift gestaltest du ebenfalls das Pre-Onboarding, sodass die zukünftigen Kolleg*innen einen reibungslosen Start bei uns haben.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Hiring Manager*innen, versorgst sie mit Reportings zu deinem Recruiting und agierst als Sparringspartner*in für die Teams in allen Angelegenheiten der Talent Acquisition.
  • Als Schnittstelle zu externen Partnern (z.B. für Tools und Events) stellst du kontinuierlich sicher, dass wir Mehrwert aus starken Partnerschaften sicherstellen.
  • Du unterstützt projektbezogen bei Employer Branding Aktivitäten wie Recruiting-Kampagnen und -Events.

Dein Profil

  • Du brennst für Recruiting-Strategien und bringst mehrjährige In-House Erfahrung in der Besetzung von nicht-technischen Rollen mit.
  • Du verfügst über Skills im Active Sourcing und hast bereits erfolgreich Positionen durch direkte Ansprache besetzt.
  • Das Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen und die damit verbundene fachliche Beurteilung von Talenten gibt dir Energie.
  • Du hast Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und agierst proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Zeiten (z.B. in Hiring Sprint-Phasen) einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Social Media und die Marketingwelt faszinieren dich und du bist begeistert davon, die besten Talente zu finden und von Mawave zu überzeugen.
  • Die Google-Office-Suite & LinkedIn Recruiter sind Dir bestens vertraut.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
  • Falls du Vollzeit Remote arbeiten möchtest, kannst Du regelmäßige Besuche in unserem Münchner Büro (im Schnitt 1x pro Monat), bei denen wir die Reisekosten übernehmen, einrichten.
