A posição é predominantemente Home Office, com disponibilidade para visitas presenciais às fábricas, acompanhando projetos e apoiando as iniciativas de transformação digital diretamente nas unidades industriais localizadas em Indaiatuba e Vinhedo – SP.

Profissional responsável por conduzir iniciativas de transformação digital industrial, atuando de forma transversal entre negócio, operações, OT, IT e dados.

Deve possuir visão end-to-end do ecossistema de Indústria 4.0, sendo capaz de compreender processos produtivos, arquitetura industrial, sistemas MES/MOM, Unified Namespace (UNS), integração de dados e tecnologias de chão de fábrica.

O profissional será responsável por apoiar e liderar projetos desde as etapas iniciais de discovery e assessment até design, implementação, testes, go-live e estabilização da solução.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Conduzir workshops de discovery e levantamento de requisitos com áreas de negócio, produção, engenharia, OT e IT.
  • Mapear processos produtivos, sistemas existentes, fluxos de informação e arquitetura atual da fábrica.
  • Identificar, estruturar e priorizar use cases de Digital Manufacturing.
  • Apoiar a definição de estratégias e roadmaps de Indústria 4.0.
  • Desenhar arquiteturas de alto nível para soluções MES/MOM e Unified Namespace.
  • Definir requisitos funcionais, integrações, fluxos de dados e responsabilidades entre sistemas.
  • Aplicar conceitos e padrões como ISA-95 e ISA-88 na definição da solução.
  • Entender a relação entre ERP, MES, UNS, SCADA, Historian, Edge, PLCs e equipamentos industriais.
  • Apoiar decisões relacionadas a MQTT, Sparkplug, OPC UA e integração OT/IT.
  • Coordenar especialistas de diferentes disciplinas durante o desenvolvimento da solução.
  • Garantir alinhamento entre necessidades do negócio e decisões técnicas.
  • Apoiar planejamento de MVPs, rollout por fábrica/linha e estratégia de escalabilidade.
  • Acompanhar etapas de desenvolvimento, integração, testes, FAT/SAT, UAT, cutover, go-live e hypercare.
  • Identificar riscos, dependências e impactos relacionados à arquitetura, infraestrutura, dados e segurança OT.
