Analista de Sistemas e Projetos – Sr (Oracle Fusion)

  • 100 % Presencial (Av Morumbi)

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar na implementação, manutenção e suporte de soluções baseadas em Oracle Fusion.
  • Levantar requisitos e realizar análise funcional junto às áreas de negócio.
  • Gerenciar demandas de TI, garantindo alinhamento entre tecnologia e estratégia empresarial.
  • Elaborar documentação técnica e funcional.
  • Atuar na gestão e acompanhamento de projetos, garantindo cumprimento de prazos e qualidade das entregas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação nos processos.
  • Interagir com fornecedores e equipes internas para garantir a integração das soluções.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com Oracle Fusion (ERP, EPM, HCM ou outro módulo específico).
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas, banco de dados e APIs.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos de TI (metodologias ágeis e tradicionais).
  • Habilidade para análise de requisitos e desenho de soluções.
  • Conhecimento em linguagem SQL.
  • Conhecimento em integração de sistemas e automação de processo
  • Graduação em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciências da Computação ou áreas correlatas.

  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, tanto escrita quanto verbal.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Proatividade na solução de problemas e inovação de processos.
  • Facilidade em aprender novas tecnologias e ferramentas.
  • Trabalho em equipe e boa relação interpessoal.
  • Visão crítica para analisar sistemas e sugerir melhorias.
