Perfil:

Buscamos Especialista SAP S/4HANA IS-Oil Downstream SD/TD, com sólida experiência em processos de Vendas, Distribuição e Transportation & Distribution para a indústria de Oil & Gas, preferencialmente em empresas de distribuição de combustíveis, lubrificantes e derivados. O profissional será responsável pelo desenho, configuração, testes e implantação dos processos de SD integrados ao IS-Oil TD, atuando desde a definição do processo comercial até a execução logística e de transporte.

Requisito mandatório: experiência prática e comprovada em SAP IS-Oil Downstream TD – Transportation & Distribution. Experiência exclusivamente em SAP SD ou SAP TM, sem atuação em IS-Oil TD, não é suficiente para esta posição.

1. Análise e Levantamento de Requisitos

  • · Aportar conhecimento das melhores práticas do SAP S/4HANA IS-Oil Downstream, especialmente nos componentes SD e TD – Transportation and Distribution.
  • · Adequar, quando necessário processos To-Be considerando as particularidades da cadeia Downstream de lubrificantes e derivados, desde o processo comercial até o planejamento, carregamento, transporte, confirmação das quantidades e conclusão da distribuição.
  • · Avaliar os requisitos considerando funcionalidades específicas de bulk transportation, quando aplicáveis ao processo do cliente, incluindo veículos, motoristas, compartimentos e conversão de quantidades.
  • · Conhecer e avaliar as dependências entre SD, IS-Oil TD e demais componentes Downstream utilizados no desenho da solução.
  • · Priorizar soluções standard do S/4HANA IS-Oil Downstream, Fiori e Clean Core antes da proposição de customizações.

2. Configuração

  • · Revisar, quando necessário ou configurar os processos de SAP SD integrados ao IS-Oil Downstream TD, suportando a execução dos processos comerciais, logísticos e de transporte.
  • · Validar os processos de Transportation & Distribution necessários à operação Downstream.
  • · Possuir domínio funcional dos documentos e objetos relevantes do TD e de seu relacionamento com pedidos, entregas/remessas e demais documentos logísticos.
  • · Conhecer os processos de bulk shipment/bulk transportation aplicáveis à distribuição Downstream.
  • · Conhecer os processos relacionados a veículos, motoristas, compartimentos e quantidades transportadas no TD.
  • · Conhecer QCI – Quantity Conversion Interface, quando aplicável aos processos de conversão de quantidade da operação.
  • · Garantir a integração funcional entre SD, TD e demais componentes IS-Oil Downstream envolvidos na solução.

3. Integrações

  • · Atuar no desenho das integrações entre SAP SD, IS-Oil Downstream TD, e demais componentes da solução.
  • · Compreender a divisão de responsabilidades entre TD e SAP TM caso a arquitetura do projeto utilize os dois componentes.

4. Habilidades e Qualificações Obrigatórias

  • · Experiência comprovada em projetos de implementação SAP S/4HANA.
  • · Experiência sólida em SAP SD – Sales and Distribution.
  • · Experiência comprovada em SAP IS-Oil Downstream.
  • · Experiência prática em TD – Transportation and Distribution.
  • · Conhecimento dos processos comerciais e logísticos Downstream de distribuição de combustíveis, lubrificantes e/ou derivados de petróleo.
  • · Experiência na integração dos processos SD + IS-Oil TD.
  • · Conhecimento dos processos de transporte e distribuição específicos da indústria Oil & Gas.
  • · Conhecimento de bulk transportation/bulk shipment, quando aplicável ao cenário.
  • · Conhecimento dos objetos e dados utilizados na execução do transporte no TD.
  • · Conhecimento das particularidades de veículos, motoristas, compartimentos e quantidades no contexto de transporte do IS-Oil TD.
  • · Capacidade de discutir desenho de processos Downstream com usuários de Vendas, Logística, Expedição e Transporte.
  • · Capacidade de propor soluções aderentes ao standard SAP e Clean Core.
  • · Experiência em configuração, testes unitários, testes integrados, UAT, cutover, Go-Live e hypercare.

5. Diferenciais

  • · Experiência em projetos IS-Oil Downstream para distribuidoras de combustíveis ou lubrificantes.
  • · Conhecimento de QCI – Quantity Conversion Interface.
  • · Conhecimento de SAP TM e integração TD/TM.
  • · Conhecimento dos processos fiscais brasileiros associados à venda e distribuição de combustíveis e lubrificantes.
  • · Experiência com SAP Fiori e Clean Core.
