Ajudamos grandes marcas a decidir onde investir em mídia, com base em dados. Nossa plataforma transforma análises estatísticas em respostas que o time de marketing do cliente usa no dia a dia. A IA tem um papel cada vez maior nisso.

Por que essa vaga existe

Nosso time de produto e tecnologia é enxuto e reúne engenharia de software, IA e design. Juntos, cuidamos do produto do front à infraestrutura. Nosso maior desafio é levar uma análise complexa ao cliente de um jeito simples.

Você chega para somar nesse time. Buscamos alguém com independência para entender o problema de negócio, propor a solução e construir, sem esperar uma especificação pronta. O time discute junto as decisões grandes.

O que você vai fazer

  • Conversar direto com clientes, Produto e Operação para entender o problema antes de propor a solução.
  • Construir telas de análise e visualização de dados em React, junto com design, do rascunho até produção.
  • Construir APIs e serviços em TypeScript que leem dados do BigQuery e do Postgres, com tipos de ponta a ponta.
  • Integrar agentes de IA ao produto: como o agente acessa os dados, como a resposta vira interface, o que acontece quando ele erra.
  • Tomar decisões de arquitetura e registrar o porquê em ADRs e na documentação do time.
  • Revisar o código do time e ter o seu revisado como prática recorrente.

Nosso stack

  • Front: React, TanStack Start (Vite), Tailwind, Highcharts.
  • Back: TypeScript, Node.js, tRPC, Prisma e Drizzle sobre Postgres. Python e FastAPI nos serviços de IA.
  • Dados e infra: BigQuery, GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage), Fivetran.
  • Dia a dia: Claude Code e outras ferramentas de IA, Vitest, Playwright, PostHog, Sentry.

Você não precisa conhecer tudo isso. Precisa aprender rápido.

O que buscamos

Essencial

  • Experiência sênior em desenvolvimento full stack, com React e TypeScript em produção.
  • Histórico de entregar funcionalidades de ponta a ponta, da conversa com o usuário até o código em produção.
  • Back-end em Node.js (NestJS, Express ou similar) ou Python (FastAPI).
  • SQL e modelagem de dados relacionais.
  • Experiência com algum provedor de cloud (GCP, AWS ou Azure).
  • Uso de ferramentas de IA no desenvolvimento, sabendo revisar e questionar o que elas produzem.
  • Clareza para explicar uma decisão técnica a quem não é técnico.

Diferenciais (não eliminam candidatura)

  • Experiência em startup de produto.
  • Produtos analíticos, dashboards e visualização de dados.
  • Funcionalidades construídas com LLMs ou agentes.
  • BigQuery ou outro data warehouse.
  • Figma e noção de design de interface.
  • Projetos próprios ou open source.
