Sous la responsabilité du chef de service, le technicien(ne) ébavureur est responsable d’exercer des activités d’ébavurage sur des pièces (composantes moteurs) d’un degré de complexité très élevé, à l’aide d’instruments de précision spécialisés, en suivant les procédures de qualité établies et exigées par les clients.

Profil de compétences et qualifications requises

  • Excellente dextérité manuelle;
  • Bonne capacité physique;
  • Bonne acuité visuelle;
  • Polyvalence élevée;
  • Esprit d’équipe développé;
  • Faire preuve de patience;
  • Faire preuve de minutie;
  • Capacité à supporter la pression;
  • Faire preuve de rigueur et d’autonomie;
  • Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier ou industriel, un atout.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Ébavurer manuellement en effectuant une manipulation délicate et minutieuse des pièces;
  • Vérifier les pièces complexes à l’aide d’instruments optiques de précision;
  • Opérer divers équipements de marquage (laser, dotpin, EDM drill, CMM, etc.);
  • Nettoyer les pièces suite à l’ébavurage en utilisant des appareils de nettoyage de métaux (ex. : appareils de sablage, ébarbeuses, etc.);
  • Participer à l’élaboration des documents « détails d’opération » et des procédures d’ébavurage;
  • Nettoyer les aires de travail et l'équipement utilisé dans le cadre des fonctions;
  • Accomplir des tâches diverses ainsi que des menus travaux en lien avec le département de l’usinage, ou encore avec celui de la finition;
  • Participer à la formation et à l’intégration des employés nouvellement en fonction dans leur poste;
  • Participer aux travaux d’amélioration continue et voir à toujours améliorer les méthodes de travail et façons de faire dans le service.

Conditions

  • Salaire : Entre 20,21$ à 30,31$ de l’heure, selon l'expérience et les compétences du candidat ou de la candidate retenu(e).
  • Lieu de travail : 447 Rte 202 O, Hemmingford Quebec J0L 1H0
