Als Founders Associate Intern bei Mercanis arbeitest du direkt mit unseren Foundern und dem Management-Team zusammen. So erhältst du einen 360°-Einblick in den Alltag eines schnell wachsenden SaaS-Unternehmens. Du unterstützt operative Exzellenz und strategische Projekte, die das Wachstum von Mercanis vorantreiben. Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Strategic Orchestrator: Arbeite eng mit unserem Management zusammen, um Wachstumsinitiativen und strategische Entscheidungen vorzubereiten.
  • Innovation Steward: Übernimm Verantwortung für strategisch bedeutsame Projekte, von der Ideenfindung über die Validierung bis zur operativen Umsetzung.
  • Operational Maestro: Optimiere zentrale Prozesse, definiere Leistungskennzahlen und schaffe die operative Infrastruktur für starkes Wachstum.
  • Project Pioneer: Leite eigenverantwortlich Projekte, koordiniere mit relevanten Stakeholdern und präsentiere datenbasierte Ergebnisse.
  • Versatility Virtuoso: Bringe wertvolle Impulse in Produktentwicklung, Prozessimplementierung, Kundenentwicklung und Vertrieb ein.
  • Market Maven: Führe gezielte Recherchen zu Märkten, Kundenbedürfnissen und Wettbewerbern durch, um strategische Prioritäten zu unterstützen.

Dein Profil

  • Du absolvierst oder hast bereits ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Wirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fach an einer Universität oder Business School abgeschlossen.
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in anspruchsvollen, schnelllebigen Umfeldern mit (z.B. Consulting, Investment Banking, wachstumsstarke Start-ups).
  • Du bist proaktiv und hast eine Self-Starter-Mentalität mit ausgeprägten organisatorischen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.
  • Du verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten, eine hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie eine pragmatische, hands-on Arbeitsweise.
  • Du gehst komplexe Geschäftssituationen mit Begeisterung an und behältst auch unter Druck einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch — das ist ein Muss.
