The posting

Meta is seeking a Staff-level Partnerships Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for technology partnerships tied to Meta's AI model ecosystem. In this role, you will define and drive the commercial and strategic frameworks that enable ISV partners to build, distribute, and monetize solutions powered by Meta's AI models — including large language models and generative AI capabilities. You will serve as a senior voice shaping how Meta's model platform reaches enterprise and developer markets through a scaled CSP or ISV channel, working at the intersection of product, business development, and partner success.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the go-to-market strategy for Meta's CSP or ISV partner ecosystem, identifying high-value segments and structuring partnership models that accelerate AI model adoption
  • Develop scalable frameworks for CSP or ISV partner tiering, enablement, and co-sell motions that align with Meta's AI platform and model commercialization objectives
  • Lead executive-level engagement with strategic CSP or ISV partners, negotiating partnership structures, joint go-to-market agreements, and integration commitments
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to shape partner-facing APIs, developer tooling, and commercial terms that support partner integration of Meta's AI models
  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across enterprise verticals, evaluating partner fit, market reach, and incremental revenue potential
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of partnerships, tracking deal progression, partner performance metrics, and revenue attribution across the portfolio
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader aligning sales, marketing, and product teams around partner-specific go-to-market plays and launch readiness
  • Develop thought leadership and internal frameworks that establish best practices for AI model ISV partnerships, influencing how Meta scales its partner channel globally
  • Represent Meta's model platform strategy in external forums, partner summits, and industry events to drive awareness and pipeline among ISV communities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or go-to-market roles focused on cloud or ISV developer, or platform ecosystems
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements including co-sell, reseller, or technology integration arrangements
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for AI, cloud, or developer platform products in partnership with ISVs or technology partners
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing product and commercial strategy through written proposals and executive-level stakeholder alignment
  • Experience using data and partner performance metrics to evaluate portfolio health, prioritize investments, and communicate business impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in a platform or developer ecosystem role at a technology company with a broad partner network
  • Experience building partner programs for large language model, generative AI, or machine learning platform products
  • Track record of scaling a partner channel from early-stage frameworks to a mature, revenue-generating go-to-market motion
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Familiarity with enterprise software distribution models, including marketplace channels, OEM arrangements, and API-based commercial integrations
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
