Busquem un/a Enginyer/a de Llicències d’Activitats, Espectacles i Contra Incendis

Vols treballar en una entitat tècnica de referència, participant directament en la legalització de grans festivals, esdeveniments efímers i projectes d'alta complexitat tècnica?

El nostre client és una entitat col.laboradora de l'administració, molt consolidada, de reconegut prestigi i en plena fase de creixement. Ens ha encomanat la recerca d' un/a enginyer/a o arquitecte/a tècnic/a especialitzat/da en llicències d'activitats i seguretat contra incendis per sumar-se al seu equip.

Reportant directament a la Direcció Tècnica d'aquesta àrea de servei, treballaràs amb autonomia i en coordinació amb altres enginyers.

La teva missió principal serà la gestió, inspecció i validació tècnica de projectes d’activitats —amb un pes especial en l’àmbit d'espectacles públics i instal·lacions efímeres— així com el control de les condicions de seguretat contra incendis i acústica, garantint el compliment de la normativa vigent a Catalunya.

Les teves funcions principals seran:

  • Gestió integral de llicències: Tramitació i validació d’expedients d’activitats (permanents i efímeres).
  • Control de Seguretat Contra Incendis: Anàlisi i revisió de projectes sota el marc de la Llei 3/2010 i el CTE-DB-SI.
  • Àmbit d'Espectacles i Efímers: Participació activa en la validació tècnica de grans esdeveniments, concerts i festivals (Decret 112/2010).
  • Enginyeria Acústica: Supervisió, realització o coordinació d'estudis d'impacte acústic i auditories de soroll.
  • Relació institucional: Enllaç tècnic directe amb ajuntaments, serveis de prevenció d'incendis de la Generalitat (DGPEIS) i promotors.
  • Inspeccions de camp: Visites de comprovació tècnica "in situ" i aixecament de certificats d'adequació.

Què busquem?

  • Formació: Enginyeria (Industrial, Tècnica, Grau) o Arquitectura Tècnica / Edificació.
  • Experiència: Mínim 2-3 anys en la redacció o inspecció de projectes d'activitats i/o instal·lacions.
  • Coneixements normatius: Domini del Codi Tècnic de l'Edificació (CTE), la Llei 3/2010 de prevenció d'incendis i la normativa d'espectacles a Catalunya.
  • Mobilitat: Carnet de conduir B per a desplaçaments puntuals a projectes.
  • Competències: Perfil organitzat, amb rigor tècnic, capacitat de resolució davant terminis ajustats (propi de l'efímer) i bones habilitats comunicatives.

Requisit Clau (Acreditacions):

  • Disposar de la certificació oficial com a tècnic/a d'Entitat Col·laboradora en l'àmbit d'Espectacles i Activitats Efímeres (EC-EFI / ECI) o el nivell bàsic/avançat de l'ISPC.
  • També valorarem positivament: Perfils tècnics amb experiència demostrable en el sector que no disposin encara de l'acreditació però compleixin els requisits per presentar-se a les pròximes convocatòries de l'ISPC / Generalitat (el nostre client donarà suport en el procés de certificació).
