The posting

Buscamos un/a HRBP (Granollers) ¿Quieres trabajar en un grupo empresarial referente en el sector retail / alimentación, con presencia nacional e internacional y en pleno proceso de expansión? Estamos buscando un/a Human Resources Business Partner — HRBP para gestionar el capital humano de la compañía.

Coordinándote con Administración de Personal y Dirección, asumirás un rol transversal, dando apoyo tanto a oficinas centrales y fábrica como a los diferentes puntos de venta de la compañía.

Tu misión será garantizar una gestión eficiente y rigurosa de las Relaciones Laborales y de los procesos de Recursos Humanos de la empresa.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

  • Administración de personal: elaboración de nóminas, contratos, altas, bajas, incidencias y documentación laboral.
  • Selección y onboarding de nuevos empleados.
  • Elaboración y actualización de DPT (Descripción de Puestos de Trabajo).
  • Gestión del plan de formación.
  • Aplicación de las políticas de Recursos Humanos establecidas por Dirección.
  • Prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Apoyo al cliente interno en la gestión de personas.
  • Coordinación con partners externos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años realizando o revisando nóminas de manera recurrente.
  • Conocimientos prácticos en relaciones laborales y normativa laboral.
  • Que te sientas cómodo/a trabajando en entornos dinámicos, con diferentes centros de trabajo y alta actividad operativa.
  • Valoraremos especialmente:
  • Formación en Relaciones Laborals, Derecho, ADE, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o similar.
  • Experiencia en sectores como retail, horeca, restauración, alimentación, hostelería o empresas con alta estacionalidad.
  • Experiencia previa con plantillas numerosas y múltiples centros de trabajo.
  • Conocimientos de Talent Acquisition, PRL, planes de formación y planes de carrera.
  • Imprescindible dominio de español y catalán. Valorable italiano o francés.
