Busquem un/a Assessor/a Laboral (Girona)

T’agradaria incorporar-te a una gestoria consolidada al centre de Girona, amb una trajectòria de més de 40 anys d'experiència, un equip laboral ampli i una cartera de clients molt diversa?

Estem cercant un/a Tècnic/a Laboral per incorporar-se a un projecte estable, dins d’un departament especialitzat i amb un entorn de treball professional, proper i orientat al client.

Reportant a la direcció del departament laboral, seràs responsable de gestionar una cartera pròpia d’empreses, assumint tant la gestió tècnica del dia a dia com l’assessorament laboral als clients.

Inicialment gestionaràs un volum aproximat de 300-400 nòmines mensuals, amb previsió d’evolucionar progressivament fins a un volum superior, comptant amb una persona de suport vinculada a la cartera assignada.

Quines seran les teves responsabilitats?

  • Gestió i assessorament laboral d’una cartera pròpia de clients.
  • Confecció mensual de nòmines.
  • Gestió d’altes, baixes i variacions a la Seguretat Social.
  • Tramitació a través de Sistema RED i SILTRA.
  • Càlcul i gestió de liquidacions, quitances i indemnitzacions.
  • Redacció i revisió de contractes laborals.
  • Interpretació i aplicació de convenis col·lectius.
  • Assessorament en matèria de contractació, jornada, permisos i normativa laboral.
  • Gestió d’acomiadaments, sancions i expedients disciplinaris.
  • Suport en inspeccions de treball i auditories laborals.
  • Resolució de consultes laborals dels clients.
  • Coordinació amb la resta de l’equip per garantir un servei rigorós i de qualitat.

Què busquem?

  • Experiència prèvia com a tècnic/a laboral, preferiblement en gestoria, assessoria o despatx professional.
  • Bon domini del cicle complet de nòmina.
  • Coneixements en contractació, Seguretat Social, convenis col·lectius i normativa laboral.
  • Experiència treballant amb Sistema RED i SILTRA.
  • Capacitat per assessorar clients amb autonomia.
  • Formació en Relacions Laborals, Dret, ADE, Ciències del Treball o similar.
  • Persona organitzada, rigorosa, resolutiva i amb orientació al client.
  • Capacitat per treballar de manera autònoma, però també coordinada amb un equip ampli.

Es valorarà molt positivament haver treballat amb A3nom o SUMAR, així com aportar experiència gestionant carteres amb empreses de diferents sectors i dimensions.
