Buscamos un/a Adjunto a Dirección General (areas financiera, administrativa y de RRHH)

¿Quieres asumir un rol de máxima confianza junto a la Dirección General de una empresa consolidada, de reconocido prestigio en su sector y con una excelente salud financiera?

Nuestro cliente es una empresa del sector servicios con sede en la zona de Girona, en crecimiento sostenido y con elevada solvencia económico-financiera.

Buscamos incorporar una figura de Deputy General Manager que reporte directamente al CEO y asuma una visión integral de finanzas, administración, controlling y gestión de personas (RRHH).

¿Qué harás?

Asumirás la coordinación integral de Finanzas, Controlling, Tesorería, Administración y RRHH, garantizando el rigor de los cierres contables, el seguimiento del presupuesto anual y sus desviaciones, el control de la tesorería y una gestión de personas eficiente y cercana.

En concreto, te responsabilizarás de:

  • Cierres contables.
  • Control de gestión y análisis de rentabilidad.
  • Control de tesorería.
  • Supervisión de facturación (propia y de proveedores).
  • Relación con asesoría externa (fiscal, contable y laboral).
  • Supervisión de nómina y contratación.
  • Coordinación de Recursos Humanos (selección, onboarding, formación, desarrollo de personas, costes de personal, PRL).
  • Liderar el equipo a tu cargo.

¿Qué buscamos?

Formación universitaria en ADE, Economía o similar.

Experiencia sólida y demostrable llevando cierres contables mensuales y trimestrales.

Experiencia en controlling financiero o control de gestión, análisis de rentabilidad y gestión de tesorería (previsiones, negociación bancaria).

Que hayas gestionado o coordinado equipos (mínimo 4-6 personas).

Que seas un perfil polivalente, capaz de asumir también la gestión operativa de RRHH.
