Dans un contexte de hausse d’activité, notre pôle formation recherche un(e) assistant(e) administratif(tive) de formation en CDD - 2 mois à pourvoir ASAP au sein de notre siège basé à Porte de Clichy (92).

Vos missions:

Gestion des permanents :

  • Dépôt et vérification des dossiers des permanents
  • Vérification des conventions, programmes de formation, feuilles d’émergement, factures
  • Assurer un suivi et relance auprès des les managers ou centres de formation pour les documents manquants
  • Gestion de la logistique liée à la formation : envoi des convocations, réservation de salles

Profil recherché :

  • Vous possédez une première expérience au sein d’un service de formation
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et êtes à l’aise avec la gestion administrative
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et avez un bon sens du détail

Rémunération: 27k€-28k€ selon profil

Lieu: Clichy

Contrat: 39h - CDD 2 mois
