  • Organizar e controlar documentos e arquivos;
  • Realizar atendimento a clientes, fornecedores e colaboradores;
  • Auxiliar no controle de agendas, reuniões e demandas internas;
  • Atualizar planilhas, relatórios e sistemas administrativos;
  • Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais do setor;
  • Demais rotinas da área.
  • Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico ou superior em Administração ou áreas afins);
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas;
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Word;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas tarefas e cumprir prazos.
