Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Dados Sênior, com perfil de Engenheiro(a) de Dados, para atuar na construção de soluções de dados, integração de sistemas e automação de processos.

Esse profissional será responsável por estruturar, integrar, transformar e disponibilizar dados, além de identificar oportunidades de automação que aumentem a produtividade, reduzam atividades manuais e apoiem a tomada de decisão.

Qual será sua missão?

  • Projetar, desenvolver e manter pipelines de dados e processos de ETL/ELT;
  • Realizar extração, transformação, tratamento e integração de dados provenientes de diferentes sistemas e fontes;
  • Trabalhar com modelagem de dados, estruturas relacionais e não relacionais e boas práticas de armazenamento;
  • Desenvolver integrações entre sistemas, APIs, bancos de dados e serviços corporativos;
  • Atuar na automação de processos, identificando oportunidades de redução de atividades manuais;
  • Garantir qualidade, confiabilidade, segurança e rastreabilidade dos dados;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de governança de dados e organização das informações;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas técnicas e de negócio para compreender necessidades e transformar requisitos em soluções de dados;
  • Explorar novas tecnologias e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos e soluções existentes;
  • Demais rotinas da área.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Dados, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência profissional com Engenharia de Dados, ETL/ELT e integração de dados;
  • Conhecimento sólido em SQL e bancos de dados relacionais;
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento e manutenção de pipelines de dados;
  • Conhecimento em modelagem de dados, qualidade, segurança e governança de dados;
  • Experiência com integração de diferentes fontes de dados, APIs e sistemas corporativos;
  • Conhecimento em alguma linguagem utilizada em engenharia de dados, como Python, SQL ou similares;
  • Experiência com ambientes de dados em nuvem ou plataformas de processamento e armazenamento de dados;
  • Capacidade analítica para compreender processos e transformar necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas;
  • Boa comunicação com áreas técnicas e de negócio;
  • Perfil colaborativo, mão na massa e orientado a resultados, pois somos uma equipe em construção;
  • Proatividade para explorar novas tecnologias e possibilidades.

Desejável:

  • Conhecimento ou experiência com Microsoft Fabric;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência com Power Platform, especialmente Power Automate e Power BI;
  • Conhecimento em Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake ou Databricks;
  • Experiência com SharePoint, Dynamics 365 ou outros sistemas corporativos como fontes de dados;
  • Conhecimento em Power Automate Cloud e Desktop para automação de processos;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados;
  • Experiência com Azure DevOps.
