Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) Sênior ServiceNow especializado(a) em Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk and Compliance, e Security Operations para atuar em projetos de implementação e otimização de processos de gestão de riscos, conformidade regulatória, resiliência e segurança. Esse profissional será responsável por orientar clientes na definição de soluções alinhadas aos requisitos regulatórios e aos objetivos organizacionais, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da governança, dos controles e da eficiência operacional por meio da plataforma ServiceNow.

Qual será a sua missão?

  • Conduzir iniciativas de transformação relacionadas à gestão de riscos, governança e conformidade;
  • Realizar workshops para levantamento de requisitos de negócio e regulatórios;
  • Desenhar modelos operacionais para programas de governança e gestão de riscos;
  • Alinhar as funcionalidades da plataforma ServiceNow aos frameworks de conformidade aplicáveis;
  • Projetar soluções de Integrated Risk Management (IRM), contemplando gestão de riscos corporativos e operacionais, políticas e conformidade, auditoria, continuidade de negócios e riscos de fornecedores;
  • Projetar e otimizar workflows de Security Operations;
  • Apoiar programas de Vulnerability Response e iniciativas de Security Incident Response;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria da visibilidade dos processos de segurança;
  • Orientar clientes sobre maturidade em gestão de riscos e estratégias de conformidade;
  • Fornecer recomendações relacionadas à governança da plataforma e aos controles organizacionais;
  • Recomendar boas práticas de mercado para aprimorar os processos de riscos, conformidade e segurança;
  • Demais rotinas da área.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Sólida experiência com ServiceNow;
  • Experiência com soluções de IRM/GRC e Security;
  • Experiência na implementação de frameworks regulatórios e de conformidade;
  • Experiência na condução de workshops de negócio e compliance;
  • Conhecimento em Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Policy and Compliance e Risk Management;
  • Conhecimento em Business Continuity Management, Vendor Risk Management e Audit Management;
  • Experiência ou conhecimento em Security Operations, Vulnerability Response e Security Incident Response;
  • Conhecimento em Flow Designer, Integration Hub, relatórios e dashboards;
  • Experiência com configuração de Workspaces;
  • Obrigatório: graduação completa.

Desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento em Security Operations (SecOps), IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, CSDM e Service Mapping;
  • Conhecimento em Performance Analytics e Threat Intelligence;
  • Certificações CIS-SecOps, CIS-ITSM, CAD, CISA, CRISC ou CISSP.
