The posting

Procuramos um(a) Contabilista Sénior para integrar uma empresa cliente pertencente a um grupo internacional de referência no sector alimentar.

A função terá um papel relevante na gestão contabilística e fiscal da empresa, assegurando o cumprimento das obrigações legais, a fiabilidade da informação financeira e o correto encerramento de contas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Assegurar o processamento e controlo contabilístico das operações da empresa;
  • Participar e assumir responsabilidades no processo de encerramento mensal e anual de contas;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais aplicáveis em Angola;
  • Acompanhar matérias relacionadas com IVA, Imposto Industrial, IRT, Imposto de Selo, Imposto Predial e Imposto sobre a Aplicação de Capitais;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento do Regime Jurídico das Facturas e dos requisitos associados à facturação electrónica da AGT;
  • Utilizar e acompanhar os processos realizados através do Portal do Contribuinte da AGT e do portal do INSS;
  • Apoiar processos de auditoria externa e disponibilizar a informação contabilística necessária;
  • Garantir o rigor, consistência e fiabilidade dos registos contabilísticos e financeiros;
  • Identificar eventuais desvios ou inconformidades e propor ações de correção e melhoria;
  • Apoiar a preparação de informação e reporting financeiro.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Auditoria, Gestão, Economia ou área equivalente;
  • Inscrição activa na Ordem dos Contabilistas e Peritos Contabilistas de Angola (OCPCA) – requisito obrigatório;
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em contabilidade e fiscalidade em Angola;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos com responsabilidade pelo encerramento de contas;
  • Experiência prática com o regime de facturação electrónica da AGT;
  • Domínio do Plano Geral de Contabilidade Angolano e da legislação fiscal aplicável;
  • Conhecimento do Regime Jurídico das Facturas, Portal do Contribuinte da AGT e portal do INSS;
  • Experiência com software de contabilidade certificado pela AGT;
  • Domínio avançado de Microsoft Excel, incluindo tabelas dinâmicas, PROCX/PROCV e SOMA.SE.S;
  • Elevado rigor analítico, atenção ao detalhe, organização e autonomia;
  • Forte sentido de ética, integridade e confidencialidade;
  • Capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
  • Proatividade na identificação e resolução de problemas.
