We are looking for an experienced candidate who can combine creativity with attention to detail.

This position requires you to think outside the box, take initiative, and see your projects through to completion with determination. Your ability to analyze situations and propose effective solutions will make all the difference.

Your Missions

  • Receive and handle technical requests from customers (Wi-Fi, connected devices, etc.)
  • Provide an initial diagnosis and remote assistance.
  • Assist customers or on-site teams with product use and configuration (via phone, email, or chat)
  • Escalate complex incidents to higher technical levels (Level 2/3) or to R&D teams
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of tickets until they are closed or transferred, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with customer support tools
  • Basic knowledge of networks (Wi-Fi, IP, browsers, etc.)
  • Proficient with IT tools (CRM, ticketing systems, technical email)
  • Available 24/7

Good to have

  • Experience with a similar project is recommended
