In Service & Academy sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kunden und Servicepartner ihre NEURA Roboter am Laufen halten können. Als Spare Parts Manager verantwortest du Ersatzteile von Anfang bis Ende: was wir anbieten, wie aus einer Bestellung eine Lieferung wird, was es kostet und wie das Geschäft wächst.

So arbeitest du

Du bist Teil des Teams Service & Academy und berichtest an den Head of Service & Academy. Du arbeitest eng mit Serviceengineering, Entwicklung, Supply Chain, Finanzen und Vertrieb zusammen.

Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

Deine Aufgaben, nach Priorität:

1. Ersatzteile definieren

- Definition des Ersatzteilportfolios je NEURA Produkt, gemeinsam mit Entwicklung und Serviceengineering

- Klassifizierung der Teile (z. B. Verschleißteile, kritische Teile, empfohlener Lagerbestand) und Festlegung, auf welcher Ebene sie getauscht werden

- Verantwortung für Ersatzteilstammdaten und Teilenummern im ERP-System und Pflege bei jeder Produktänderung

2. Ersatzteilprozesse aufbauen

- Aufbau des Prozesses von Angebot und Bestellung bis zu Lieferung, Retouren und Gewährleistungsabwicklung

- Aufbau der Bedarfsprognose aus Installed Base, Felddaten und Lieferzeiten und Ableitung der Lagerstrategie: was wird wo gelagert und wann wird nachbestellt

- Nachverfolgung von KPIs wie Verfügbarkeit und Lieferzeit sowie Schulung von Serviceteam und Partnern

3. Ersatzteilpreise gestalten

- Definition von Preismodell und Preislisten für Ersatzteile, Kits und Austauschteile

- Regelmäßige Prüfung von Preisen und Margen, abgestimmt mit dem Service Partner Program

4. Ersatzteilgeschäft ausbauen

- Analyse von Installed Base und Verkaufsdaten zur Prognose des Ersatzteilumsatzes

- Entwicklung von Angeboten wie Ersatzteil-Kits und einem Online-Bestellkanal, gemeinsam mit Servicepartnern und Vertrieb

- Festlegung von Umsatz- und Margenzielen, Reporting zum Fortschritt und Rückspiegelung wiederkehrender Fehler an die Entwicklung

Das bringst du mit

Must-have:

- Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain, Mechatronik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Ersatzteilmanagement oder Aftersales, idealerweise in Robotik, Maschinenbau oder Automotive

- Erfahrung im Aufbau von Ersatzteilprozessen, in der Bedarfsprognose und in der Preisgestaltung

- Praktische Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (Stammdaten, Lagerbestand, Einkauf)

- Strukturiert, selbstständig und mit Freude am Aufbau von Grund auf

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Nice to have:

- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

- Technisches Verständnis für Robotik oder mechatronische Systeme

- Erfahrung mit Servicepartner- oder Distributorennetzwerken
