Documenting how NEURA works
In a fast-growing robotics company, good processes make the difference between improvising and scaling. In this internship you help us document how we work, build up our quality management system (QMS) and prepare for ISO certification. You also support strategic projects that shape how Service & Academy runs.
You work with colleagues from many departments, learn how a company that builds robots operates end to end, and deliver results that stay in use after your internship.
How you work
You are part of the Service & Academy team and report to the Head of Service & Academy. You work closely with process owners across the company and with Quality. You get your own tasks, clear goals and regular feedback, and you present your results to management.
Your mission & challenges
Your responsibilities, in order of priority:
1. Process documentation
- Capture existing processes through interviews and workshops with process owners
- Document processes in a clear, uniform format (process maps, descriptions, roles, inputs and outputs)
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies and improvement potential, and suggest improvements
- Keep process documentation current in our documentation system
2. QMS & ISO certification
- Support the setup and maintenance of our quality management system
- Prepare and maintain QMS documents such as procedures, work instructions, forms and records
- Support preparation for ISO certification, e.g. gap analysis against the standard, evidence collection, internal audit preparation and tracking of open actions
- Help manage document control, including versions, approvals and training records
3. Strategic projects
- Support the Service & Academy management with analyses, research, benchmarks and presentations
- Prepare data, reports and decision papers
- Take on defined project tasks, for example in service partner, spare parts or training topics

- Ability to explain topics clearly, in writing and in conversation, and to talk with people from different departments
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good language skills in German and English
- Availability for a minimum of 6 months [adapt: full-time / working student]
Nice to have:
- First knowledge of ISO 9001 or other management system standards
