In einem schnell wachsenden Robotik-Unternehmen entscheiden gute Prozesse darüber, ob wir improvisieren oder skalieren. In diesem Praktikum hilfst du uns, unsere Arbeitsweise zu dokumentieren, unser Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS) aufzubauen und die ISO-Zertifizierung vorzubereiten. Außerdem unterstützt du strategische Projekte, die prägen, wie Service & Academy arbeitet.

Du arbeitest mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus vielen Bereichen zusammen, lernst kennen, wie ein Unternehmen, das Roboter baut, von Anfang bis Ende funktioniert, und lieferst Ergebnisse, die auch nach deinem Praktikum im Einsatz bleiben.

So arbeitest du

Du bist Teil des Teams Service & Academy und berichtest an den Head of Service & Academy. Du arbeitest eng mit Prozessverantwortlichen im gesamten Unternehmen und mit der Qualität zusammen. Du bekommst eigene Aufgaben, klare Ziele und regelmäßiges Feedback und präsentierst deine Ergebnisse dem Management.

Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

Deine Aufgaben, nach Priorität:

1. Prozessdokumentation

- Erfassung bestehender Prozesse durch Interviews und Workshops mit Prozessverantwortlichen

- Dokumentation der Prozesse in einem klaren, einheitlichen Format (Prozesslandkarten, Beschreibungen, Rollen, Ein- und Ausgänge)

- Identifikation von Lücken, Inkonsistenzen und Verbesserungspotenzial sowie Vorschläge für Verbesserungen

- Aktualisierung der Prozessdokumentation in unserem Dokumentationssystem

2. QMS & ISO-Zertifizierung

- Unterstützung beim Aufbau und bei der Pflege unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems

- Erstellung und Pflege von QMS-Dokumenten wie Verfahrensanweisungen, Arbeitsanweisungen, Formularen und Nachweisen

- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der ISO-Zertifizierung, z. B. GAP-Analyse gegen die Norm, Sammlung von Nachweisen, Vorbereitung interner Audits und Nachverfolgung offener Maßnahmen

- Mitarbeit in der Dokumentenlenkung, inklusive Versionen, Freigaben und Schulungsnachweisen

3. Strategische Projekte

- Unterstützung des Managements von Service & Academy mit Analysen, Recherchen, Benchmarks und Präsentationen

- Aufbereitung von Daten, Berichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen

- Übernahme definierter Projektaufgaben, z. B. zu Servicepartnern, Ersatzteilen oder Trainingsthemen

Das bringst du mit

Must-have:

- Eingeschrieben in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang, z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar

- Interesse an Prozessen, Qualitätsmanagement und strukturierter Arbeitsweise

- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Blick für Details

- Fähigkeit, Themen schriftlich und im Gespräch klar zu erklären und mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Bereichen zu sprechen

- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 6 Monate [anpassen: Vollzeit / Werkstudent]

Nice to have:

- Erste Kenntnisse in ISO 9001 oder anderen Managementsystemnormen

- Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung (z. B. BPMN) oder mit Tools wie Visio, Miro oder Confluence

- Erste Erfahrung im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise Robotik oder Automatisierung

- Interesse an Robotik und eine praktische Herangehensweise
