Physical AI lässt sich nicht im Internet trainieren. Sie muss in der realen Welt lernen – durch Sehen, Hören und Fühlen echter Aufgaben in echten Umgebungen. Genau darum geht es bei NEURA Gym: ein globales Netzwerk physischer Trainingszentren, in denen Roboter industrielle Fähigkeiten direkt von den Menschen lernen, die sie bereits meistern.

Als AI Engineer – RoboGym spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle dabei, Robotern durch Datenerfassung, Modelltraining und Praxistests neue Fähigkeiten zu vermitteln. An der Schnittstelle von Robotik, KI und User Enablement führst du Kunden und interne Stakeholder durch die komplette RoboGym-Trainingspipeline und hilfst dabei, Herausforderungen im Roboter-Lernprozess in erfolgreiche Deployments zu verwandeln.

DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Du bist Hands-on-Trainer und technischer Berater für RoboGym-Nutzer: Du entwickelst Trainingscurricula, bewertest die Machbarkeit von Aufgaben und planst Demonstrations- und Datenerfassungssitzungen für den Erwerb von Roboterfähigkeiten.

- Du onboardest Nutzer und führst sie durch den kompletten NeuraGym-Workflow – von Teleoperation über Datenannotation, Modelltraining und Simulation bis hin zu Deployment und Validierung.

- Du arbeitest eng mit Robotik-Ingenieuren bei Datenerfassungen und Live-Demonstrationen zusammen, um die gewünschten Roboterverhalten und Sicherheitsstandards sicherzustellen.

- Du begleitest Nutzer beim Modelltraining und dessen Optimierung: Du prüfst Trainingsskripte, identifizierst Datenqualitätsprobleme, hilfst beim Reproduzieren und Beheben von Lernfehlern und unterstützt hands-on bei anhaltenden Blockaden.

- Du fungierst als vertrauensvolle Schnittstelle zwischen Nutzern und den Cloud- und AI-Teams, förderst die Zusammenarbeit, unterstützt den Wissenstransfer und stellst zeitnahen Support sicher.

- Du hältst Lessons Learned aus Trainingseinsätzen fest und speist diese Erkenntnisse sowohl in die NeuraGym-Produkt-Roadmap als auch in die Neura-Core-AI-Roadmap ein.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

- Master-Abschluss in Informatik, Robotik, Elektrotechnik, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder einem verwandten technischen Fachbereich, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.

- Nachgewiesene praktische Erfahrung in Robot Learning, Physical AI oder Embodied AI, z. B. durch Arbeit mit Vision-Language-Action-(VLA)-Modellen, Video-Action-Modellen oder Ähnlichem.

- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit robotischer Hardware, Teleoperationssystemen und zugehöriger Middleware in realen Einsatzumgebungen.

- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure oder GCP) und robotischen Simulationsumgebungen wie NVIDIA Isaac Sim, MuJoCo oder Ähnlichem ist von Vorteil.

- Ausgeprägte didaktische und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Trainingsprojekte parallel zu steuern.

- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, die Lücke zwischen Forschenden, Ingenieuren und Endnutzern effektiv zu überbrücken.

- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
