DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

Du sorgst dafür, dass Sicherheit mit unserem Wachstum Schritt hält. Als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit übernimmst du die sicherheitstechnische Betreuung aller NEURA-Standorte. Du berätst Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen Fragen des Arbeitsschutzes und etablierst eine gelebte Sicherheitskultur in einem schnell wachsenden Tech-Umfeld.

- Sicherheitstechnische Betreuung: Du betreust die NEURA-Standorte sicherheitstechnisch und berätst Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen Fragen des Arbeitsschutzes.

- Gefährdungsbeurteilungen: Du erstellst, aktualisierst und dokumentierst Gefährdungsbeurteilungen für alle relevanten Bereiche.

- Sicherheitskonzepte: Du entwickelst Betriebsanweisungen und Sicherheitskonzepte.

- Schulungen & Sicherheitskultur: Du planst und führst Sicherheitsunterweisungen, Schulungen und Begehungen durch und verankerst eine gelebte Sicherheitskultur im Unternehmen.

- Unfalluntersuchung: Du untersuchst Arbeitsunfälle und Beinaheunfälle, leitest Maßnahmen ab und verfolgst deren Umsetzung nach.

- Koordination: Du koordinierst Betriebsarzt, Sicherheitsbeauftragte, Ersthelfer und Brandschutzhelfer, bereitest den Arbeitsschutzausschuss (ASA) vor und moderierst ihn.

- Behörden & Prüfungen: Du bist Ansprechpartner für Berufsgenossenschaft, Gewerbeaufsicht und externe Prüfstellen und stellst die fristgerechte Prüfung von Arbeitsmitteln sicher.

- Sicherheit von Anfang an: Du bringst Arbeitsschutzanforderungen frühzeitig in Bau- und Umbauprojekte, Layoutplanungen und die Gestaltung neuer Arbeitsplätze ein.

- Managementsystem: Du baust ein Arbeitsschutz-Managementsystem auf und entwickelst Kennzahlen, Reporting und digitale Tools für den Arbeitsschutz weiter.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

- Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister oder Techniker bzw. ein Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Sicherheitstechnik oder vergleichbar.

- Sifa-Qualifikation: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) nach DGUV Grundsatz 303-003 / § 7 ASiG.

- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsschutz eines produzierenden oder technologiegetriebenen Unternehmens; Erfahrung mit Robotik, Maschinenbau oder Entwicklungslaboren ist ein Plus.

- Regelwerk: Sicherer Umgang mit dem relevanten Regelwerk: ArbSchG, ASiG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, ArbStättV, DGUV-Vorschriften sowie Maschinenverordnung und einschlägigen Normen.

- Zusatzqualifikationen: Qualifikationen wie Brandschutzbeauftragter oder Gefahrstoffbeauftragter sind ein Plus.

- Hands-on-Mentalität: Du findest pragmatische Lösungen, die Sicherheit und Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit verbinden, statt nur Vorschriften zu zitieren.

- Überzeugungskraft: Du trittst souverän gegenüber Ingenieuren, Führungskräften und Behörden auf und hast Freude daran, Menschen für Sicherheit zu gewinnen.

- Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und hast Erfahrung im Aufbau von Prozessen und Dokumentationen.

- Sprachen & Reisebereitschaft: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Standorten in der Region.
